We bring permanent jewelry pop-ups to Gloucester, MA, and neighboring towns — about 30-40 minutes from our studio.

How many people do I need to host?
At least 5 paying guests are required, including you if you’d like more than one piece. This ensures everyone has an amazing experience and the host receives their special gift.
Does it hurt?
Absolutely not. The welding process is safe, quick, and painless. It’s carried out by a trained fine jeweler with nearly a decade of experience to ensure your comfort and security.
How long does it last?
With normal wear, permanent jewelry can last for years. Removal is simple by cutting the jump ring, and resizing or rewelding can always be arranged.
What is the age requirement?
There is no strict age limit for participating, provided a parent or legal guardian is present to sign a consent waiver for anyone under 14 years of age. For guests who prefer a more flexible option, a custom-fitted piece can be created by fitting the chain and welding a clasp onto it—allowing the joy of personalization without permanence. This thoughtful approach ensures everyone can partake in the bespoke experience with confidence and ease.
Is there a hosting fee?
No hosting fee! Just the $100 deposit, which is applied toward jewelry if the minimum guest count is met.
What happens if fewer than 5 guests purchase?
If fewer than 5 guests purchase, the $100 deposit will not be applied toward jewelry, and the event will be treated as a private appointment.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future date if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.
What types of jewelry can guests choose?
Guests may select from sterling silver, gold-fill, or 14k solid gold chains and a curated selection of charms to personalize their permanent jewelry.
Can I bring my own jewelry or charms to be welded?
Yes! We welcome custom pieces and charms you’ve purchased elsewhere, as long as they are compatible with our welding process. Please inquire beforehand for details.
How long does the party last?
Events typically last 2-4 hours depending on the number of guests. We'll stay as long as necessary to ensure each person receives their perfectly customized piece.
What hosting perks are available?
As a thank you for hosting, you receive a complimentary piece of jewelry valued up to $200, plus exclusive access to curated charm selections for your event.
Parties with Over 10 Guests
For larger parties we will offer a special flat rate per person with a minimum of 10 guests by curating a smaller collection of our chains and charms to create a fun, streamlined experience. ( This does not include solid 14k gold chains). Please inquire for these details if you are interested in a larger event.
