    Consultation – Email or phone consultation to align on concept, scale, and timeline. Preliminary price ranges are outlined.

    Design & Approval – Hand-drawn sketches and reference photos provided. Revisions included; final approval triggers deposit invoice.
  • 4
    Deposit & Sourcing – Non-refundable deposit reserves your slot and covers sourcing of metals and gemstones.
  • 5
    Crafting – Handcrafted using traditional metalsmithing techniques.
  • 6
    Completion – Final photos sent for approval. Remaining balance collected before shipment or studio pickup.

No — all gemstones, metals, and materials are personally sourced to ensure the integrity of each design.

How long does a custom piece take?

Typical turnaround is 6–8 weeks depending on complexity and studio schedule.

What is the deposit policy?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. Remaining balance due upon completion.

Do you accept returns on custom pieces?

Custom pieces are final sale. Issues with craftsmanship will be remedied within 8 weeks of delivery.
