If your chain breaks, we offer re-welding services to restore your piece seamlessly — the first re-weld is free within 14 days, and repairs after that have a small fee. We can also repair permanent jewelry purchased elsewhere, ensuring your cherished pieces last.

Prices vary by chain type and length, with options in sterling silver, gold-fill, and solid gold. We offer individual appointments and group parties for a personalized experience. Payment methods include major credit cards, and deposits are required for bookings to secure your spot.

Permanent jewelry is a final sale due to its custom and “forever” nature. If you need to take off your piece, please cut it off at the welded jump ring — we can re-weld it later for a small fee. Lost or damaged chains or charms cannot be replaced; a new purchase is necessary.
