✨ Permanent Jewelry Gathering Prep Guide ✨

Everything you and your guests need to know to make your permanent jewelry gathering relaxed, seamless, and truly special.

Permanent Jewelry Gathering

Guest Readiness

Permanent jewelry is best enjoyed when guests arrive relaxed and unhurried. Encourage your guests to:

  • Allow a little time to settle in before their turn so the experience can be enjoyed calmly and without pressure
  • Eat beforehand and stay hydrated
  • Bring payment ready (card, cash, or Venmo accepted)

Clothing & Comfort

Necklines and sleeves that allow easy access to wrists, ankles, or necklines are ideal. Long sleeves or tight cuffs or pant legs may need to be rolled or adjusted during welding.

Jewelry Considerations

Guests should remove any existing jewelry on the area where permanent jewelry will be placed. If guests are unsure which chain or placement they want, that’s completely okay — guidance is always provided during the gathering.

Timing & Flow

Permanent jewelry is created one guest at a time. Creating a calm, social atmosphere while guests wait helps the experience feel ceremonial rather than rushed. Light music, refreshments, or conversation are always encouraged.

Space Requirements

A small table, two chairs, and access to a standard outlet are all that’s needed. Good lighting near the setup area is very helpful.
