Ve·la·ra | veh-LAR-ah | n. From Latin velum (veil, sacred sail) and ara (altar). The veiled altar.
The circle is an ancient symbol of the infinite. The diamond, the material world taking form. In Velara, they meet at a single point. Four polished nodes mark the corners of the diamond — points of origin, of arrival, of stillness before motion.
The diamond is oxidized, deepening its form. The circle and nodes remain polished, light held at the threshold.
Each piece is cast individually upon order and will vary slightly in surface and character. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery upon purchase.
